I'm a certified fitness coach and trainer with a passion for empowering my clients and followers to lead healthier, stronger and more active lives. Most recently I have imersed myself in the Longevity field - studying, applying the findings to my work and sharing RIGHT HERE! My goal is to add (healthy!) life to your years, not necessarily years to your life.
On a personal note, I...
~ am a mom of 3 uniquely different boys (19, 16 and 14).
~ own 2 boxing gyms, where I teach/coach and trained professionally myself for about a year (but never actually had a fight!).
~ am a strength trainer to personal clients 50+ (my oldest client is 92!) and teach strength-focused Arora (65+) classes at Lifetime Fitness.
~ love food & wine ~ hobbies include cooking, traveling (my fav country is Italy), listening to books & podcasts and experiencing new adventures.
~ stay active...by running, doing yoga, strength training and boxing.
